La Dra. Larenas-Linnemann se formó en Utrecht, Países Bajos, cum laude. Es una persona dedicada a sus pacientes, al mismo tiempo que es muy activa en su profesión a nivel nacional e internacional.

Se honra de coordinar para México el Registro de Asma Grave, ser la vocera para México de GINA (Global Initiative for Asthma) desde 2020 y como única en México, haber participado en las guías Mundiales de Rinitis (ARIA 2019, 2016, 2010 y 2008), Urticaria (2020, 2016 y 2008) e Inmunoterapia (2023 -EEUU-, 2019 y 2024 -Europa- e.o.).
